LOGO EMBROIDERY SERVICES

LOGO APPLIQUE

Applique is the process of utilizing fabric pieces, vinyl, sequins, and embroidery to create a large, dimensional design that can cut down on stitch count, saving you money in the long run. Not just for large areas such as full back or full front designs, this technique is also great for left chest designs.

We can customize your design to fit your specific needs including a combination of materials such as felts, tackle twill, chenille, metallics, prints, and digital options for unique designs that will wow customers!

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing works well for vibrant designs or designs on dark colored apparel. The screen print process involves forcing ink through prepared screens of fine material to create designs. This means only one color can be applied at a time to the garment so the number of colors are limited. Screen printing is generally used for quantities of 24 or more due to the setup required. Not ideal for small or intricate designs. 

DIGITAL PRINTING

Digital printing is a direct to garment process where inks are printed directly onto the product. Because these inks are absorbed into the fabric, this print method can only be used for at least 50% cotton products (100% cotton is ideal) and works best with lighter colored garments. Digital printing is great for full-color designs and ideal for photo t-shirts. There are no minimums or setup fees for digital printing.

VINYL & HEAT TRANSFERS

Vinyl & Heat Transfers use a high-performance technology to create contour cut designs that are applied to garments using a heat-press. The heat-applied materials contain a heat-sensitive adhesive on one side so that when heat is applied by a heat press to the material, the material adheres to the garment. This application is a great method to apply team names and numbers to athletic uniforms. Vinyl and heat transfers are available is several options including classic vinyl, nylon, stretch, flocked, metallics, glitter, and more!

CUSTOM RHINESTONES & GLITTER

Explore a new level of appeal and add some sparkle to your apparel with our custom glitter and rhinestone decoration, available with almost any unique design! Rhinestones are available in three different sizes. We use our best judgment based on design unless specified otherwise. Additional rhinestone colors are available, along with rhinestuds and nailheads. Super Glitter makes a perfect addition to your rhinestone design. Rhinestones can also be added to applique, screen printed, and digital transfers.
